1.Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy for our standard finished products. This means that you have 30 days post-receipt of your item to request a return. Please note, customized suit are not eligible for returns unless they have quality issues.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2.How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to us at
Kindly note that returns should be sent to our specified return address, which will be provided upon approval of the return request(customer service will provide different return addresses according to different regions).
Please refrain from sending items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

3.Damages and Issues
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable:
Items Please note that custom products (such as custom suits), unless defective, cannot be returned. If you have any queries or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.
Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from returns.

To facilitate an exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
Regardless of the aforementioned policy, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
