Order Processing Time
Our inventory comprises two distinct categories: off-the-shelf suits (spot products) and custom suits (customized products).
- For Off-The-Shelf Suits, the order processing time is typically around 3 business days. These products are ready-made and require less time to prepare for shipping.
- For Custom Suits, the order processing time is extended to approximately 20-25 business days. This time allows us to meticulously craft your suit to your exact specifications, ensuring that every detail is perfect.

Order Cancellation
- For Off-the-Shelf Suits, once an order is shipped, it can no longer be intercepted or cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to check the order's status.
- For Custom Suits, cancellations are possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the suits enter the production process and can not be cancelled.
Shipping Delay
There may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control like customs inspections or postal service disruptions. While we strive for punctuality, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated should such delays occur.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during the shipping process are the responsibility of the customer. It's recommended to check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to making a purchase.
